The Lifestyle Training® Program

Our 3-Block Lifestyle Training® System keeps your workouts structured, balanced, and effective so you can build strength, improve movement, and stay consistent.

BLOCK 1: Strength & Power
Build your foundation. This block focuses on heavier lifts, lower reps, and improving overall strength so you feel stronger and more confident under load.
BLOCK 2: Muscle Building & Functional Training
Shape and perform. Expect intentional hypertrophy work, functional movements, and accessory training designed to build lean muscle and improve everyday movement.
BLOCK 3: Conditioning & Metabolic
Move with intensity. High-energy circuits, intervals, and athletic conditioning to boost endurance, stamina, and cardiovascular health.

Mindful Movement Yoga Flow: Improve flexibility, mobility, breathwork, and full-body recovery through intentional movement designed for active adults and athletes.

Plena Vita Co. Mat Pilates: Strengthen your core, improve posture, and enhance control using low-impact, precise movements ideal for all fitness levels.

HIIT’n the Body (full body HIIT class): Fast-paced conditioning designed to boost cardio, burn calories, and increase endurance with intense interval training.

Barbells & Brotherhood (Men’s Class): A strength-focused men’s training session dedicated to building power, improving technique, and creating community.

I have been a client of Mapp to Fitness since July 2022. When I started I had not exercised in many years and had a major surgery 5 months prior. My goal when I started was to continue to lose weight, build muscle and improve my overall health and mobility. I have received amazing support and encouragement and have made great progress with my goals. I love the positive and fun environment and love that I continue to see progress. Rhonnie and Rock are genuinely kind and talented people that care deeply about helping all of their clients meet their goals. You can start at any level and they will make modifications as needed. They will provide gentle encouragement to push yourself to reach your goals.
