Mapp to Fitness is a family-driven, community-focused training studio built on accountability, support, and real results. Founded by husband-and-wife team Rock & Rhonnie, we’ve created a welcoming environment where everyday people feel seen, pushed, and encouraged — no matter their starting point. At MTF, you’re not just joining a gym… you’re joining a community.

The Lifestyle Training® Program

Our 3-Block Lifestyle Training® System keeps your workouts structured, balanced, and effective so you can build strength, improve movement, and stay consistent.

BLOCK 1: Strength & Power
Build your foundation. This block focuses on heavier lifts, lower reps, and improving overall strength so you feel stronger and more confident under load.
BLOCK 2: Muscle Building & Functional Training
Shape and perform. Expect intentional hypertrophy work, functional movements, and accessory training designed to build lean muscle and improve everyday movement.
BLOCK 3: Conditioning & Metabolic
Move with intensity. High-energy circuits, intervals, and athletic conditioning to boost endurance, stamina, and cardiovascular health.

Premium Classes

Where variety meets intensity. Our Premium Classes are specialty-style sessions designed to elevate your training, challenge your body in new ways, and keep fitness fun and engaging. Whether you want to improve mobility, build strength, or push your conditioning, these classes give you the focused attention and dynamic energy you need to level up.
