CA’REN HUDSON

YoGa Instructor + wellness coach

Ca’ren Hudson is a multifaceted, passionate & curious yoga instructor who was introduced to yoga in her early 20s during college but found her way back through her Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Garden PBO. That experience opened her up to practicing Yoga as a lifestyle and not
just a physical practice. Ca’ren would describe her teaching style as “come as you are”. She enjoys providing multiple variations of asana poses and encouraging students to honor their inner experts by finding the pose that feels best in their own bodies. Ca’ren teaches yoga because it’s a never-ending practice of meeting yourself where you’re at with compassion,
grace and love. She feels honored to be an example of this never-ending journey and hold a safe space for others as they learn how to meet themselves with these qualities as well.

Students who attend her class will get a chance to honor themselves by finding flexibility in the mind as well as the body. Students may learn new ways of connecting with themselves using their breath and movement while also increasing their confidence in trusting their inner expert. Ca’ren believes there is no “right” or “wrong” way to practice Yoga because the beauty is in the journey of trusting yourself and finding the Yoga practice that allows you to truly be equally yoked. A Baltimore native, she loves nothing more than a dozen (or two) freshly steamed blue crabs and watching the Ravens or Orioles play. When she isn’t teaching Yoga, Ca’ren enjoys spending time in nature and hiking, where she gets a chance to reconnect and talk to the trees.
