Use of Website

Membership & Billing

Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly or bi-weekly basis

By signing up, you authorize Mapp to Fitness to charge your payment method on file

Memberships automatically renew unless canceled prior to your next billing date

Members are responsible for managing their billing date

Annual Maintenance Fee

A $35 Annual Maintenance Fee will be charged on August 1st each year

This fee helps us maintain and improve our facility, equipment, and overall member experience

This allows us to continue improving the gym without increasing membership rates

Cancellation Policy

Members must submit a cancellation request at least 15 days prior to their next billing date

No refunds will be issued after a payment has been processed

Cancellation requests must be submitted directly to Mapp to Fitness

Class Reservations & Cancellations

All classes must be booked in advance through our app or website

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in penalties or temporary booking restrictions

Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for all sessions

Health & Safety

Members are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to participate

You agree to inform coaches of any injuries or limitations
