Core on-demand videos will target your abs, obliques, and core in general. Some workouts are standard, super sets, or circuit training. Please choose weights that are challenging but manageable. These workouts are between 30-45 minutes long. Make sure to pay attention to the sets, reps, and times. We will also have some specific notes in the workout notes. Form: Always focus on engaging your core and maintaining proper form to prevent injury and maximize effectiveness. Breathing: Breathe steadily and don't hold your breath. Exhale during exertion and inhale during the easier part of the movement. Progression: As you get stronger, you can increase the duration of each exercise, add more reps, or incorporate weights to add intensity.
