1. How many sessions per week would you recommend?
We recommend Premium (3x/week) or Exclusive (unlimited) for best results.
2. Can beginners join?
Absolutely — we scale movements for all levels.
3. Do unused sessions roll over?
No, but you're able to make up missed sessions before the month is out.
4. Do I need to bring anything?
Just water and good energy — we provide everything else.
